Changes in Danske Invest Global Corporate Bonds

New name and updated prospectus secure better consistency between the name of the fund, the wording of the prospectus and the fund's investments.

Changes are being made to the Danske Invest SICAV Global Corporate Bonds fund.

At present, the fund invests almost exclusively in corporate bonds of high credit quality (also termed investment grade), which are issued in, or FX hedged to, euro. To ensure more consistency between the fund’s name and its investments, the fund will henceforth be called Danske Invest SICAV Euro Investment Grade Corporate Bonds.

At the same time, the prospectus for the fund will be adjusted to ensure more consistency between the wording of the prospectus and the fund’s investments. In future, the prospectus will state that the fund shall invest at least 90% of assets under management in global bonds issued in, or FX hedged to, euro (compared to 75% currently), just as it will state that the fund may not invest in bonds with a lower credit rating than B-.

The changes to the prospectus have no significance for the fund’s investments, which already fulfil the new criteria.

The changes are expected to apply from 13 November 2019. Read more in the shareholder notice
