ANNOUNCEMENT: Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd terminates three alternative investment funds

The Board of Directors of Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd decided on 20 September 2022 to terminate the alternative investment funds listed below and the trading of the fund units has been suspended. The decision to terminate the funds was reached because the investors have shown minimal demand towards the funds and the assets under management have remained low.
 
Funds to be terminated:
- Danske Invest Eliksir Fund of Hedge Funds (AIF)
- Danske Invest Europe Enhanced Index Fund (AIF)
- Danske Invest High Yield Fund (AIF) 

As a result of the decision to terminate the fund, the fund's assets will be converted into cash, from which any liabilities will be deducted and remaining liquidated assets are distributed in full to the unit-holders in proportion to the units they hold. The cash settlement to the unit holders is planned to take place 30 October 2022 at the latest. 
 
The continuous fund saving agreements connected to the funds will be terminated immediately in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.

The fund management company will draw up final accounts on the termination, which will be published on the fund management company’s website at www.danskeinvest.fi.
